Stronghome Seismic is looking for hardworking, high quality employees to join our team. The retrofitting job requires comfort with physical labor, working outdoors year-round, professionalism and communication skills, and a bit of comfort in tight spaces because much of our work is done in crawl spaces. We're willing to teach you all the skills of retrofitting, but you'll be a good fit for our team if you're eager to learn a new skill and work hard to complete a physical task well and efficiently. New employees will start as a team member and have the opportunity to be promoted to a project lead within a year.

Compensation is hourly, and is structured with a training wage for the first month trial period. A raise is offered after the initial training and trial period. Compensation specifics will be discussed early in the interview process.​
